Please note:
- Until further notice all meetings will have to continue as remote virtual meetings.
- Fairfax County Buildings are still closed in regard to making room reservations and there is no date available when this status may change.
- Additionally, the forms and conditions of having meetings will also most likely change, i.e. maximum number of attendees may be lowered, face covering may be required, social distancing may be enforced, fees may be imposed to cover additional pre and post meeting cleaning of the rooms.

The following policy is in effect: if either Fairfax County Government or Public Schools are closed after 12:00 noon the day of a Federation membership meeting, or if it is announced that Fairfax County Government or Schools will be closed the day after a scheduled Federation membership meeting due to inclement weather or other emergency, the Federation will not hold that meeting. This does not pertain to regularly scheduled closures, such as holidays. Membership meetings will not be rescheduled. We will make every attempt to post the cancellation on our website, www.fairfaxfederation.org.
